Do you provide upfront quotes for jobs?
Always. We quote flat-fee before any work starts, so you know the full price up front, and the number on the quote is the number on the invoice. No creeping hourly rates and no surprises at the end. If a call-out fee applies, we will tell you when you book, before we head out.
What guarantees do you offer if I'm not satisfied with the work?
You are covered three ways. A 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, so we are not done until you are happy. A Lifetime Workmanship Warranty for as long as you own the property. And our We Fix It or It’s Free* promise, so if a fault we repaired comes back inside the warranty period, the return visit costs you nothing.
How quickly can you respond to an electrical emergency?
Same day in most cases. We cover Brisbane and the surrounding regions seven days a week, including after-hours work and the storm-season jobs that always seem to land at the worst time. Call us on 0418 645 757 and we will tell you straight when we can be there.
What types of electrical services do you offer?
Three trades under one licensed roof: electrical, refrigeration and air conditioning, and solar. That runs from powerpoints, switchboard upgrades, safety switches, lighting and EV chargers, through split-system and ducted aircon, to solar design and install. One licensed team across the lot, right across Brisbane.
Are you fully licensed and insured?
Yes, fully. Elite Electrical works under Queensland electrical contractor licence 1503699, and we carry full insurance on every job we do. From the first phone call to the final test you are dealing with qualified, licensed electricians, never a subbie we have never met. We are happy to show you the paperwork any time you want to see it.
Which areas around Brisbane do you cover?

Who will actually turn up to do my job?
Blaide or Stuart, or one of our own licensed team. Your job does not get handed off to a random subcontractor or a different face every visit.
